H3Missions was founded in April 2010 by a group of compassionate individuals wanting to respond to the magnitude 7.0 earthquake that struck the island nation of Haiti in January of that year. We conducted our first medical mission with a group of doctors, nurses and other health professionals tending to the thousands of wounded survivors.
After seeing the destruction and the great need for humanitarian services we knew this would become a long term effort. To that effect we worked to incorporate the organization into an IRS recognized 501c3 non-profit.
In addition to our medical and dental missions we have also constructed classrooms at an existing school, dug wells and installed water purification systems, and are working on installing solar power at the clinic which we support. Each mission trip also includes a food distribution hike carrying food to the poorest people in the most remote areas.
We thank you for your interest in us and for your kind support of our efforts!
Our determination is to raise up Godly leaders in Haiti through education to strengthen their families, neighbors, and country. Bring relief to poverty, stimulate the economy and to preach the good news so that lives will be saved and hope for a strong future will be given to Haiti.

HELP - Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe opened its office in Montenegro's capital, Podgorica, in April 1999 during the height of the crisis in Kosovo. 1999 was a tumultuous year for humanitarian organizations working in Montenegro. Beneficiary profiles and numbers changed dramatically, from a peak influx of over 84,000 Kos Albanian IDPs in May, to their sudden and massive return in July, followed by a second influx of Serbian, Montenegrin, and Roma IDPs as a result of continued unrest in Kosovo.
HELP is engaged in emergency assistance as well as in rehabilitation and development projects. Whenever possible we are linking emergency aid with selfhelp. It is our aim to encourage the efforts made by the communities affected by catastrophes and misery in order to have them improve their living circumstances themselves. For this reason we are closely cooperating with indigenous partners and NGOs knowing that these people are best familiar with local conditions, culture and needs. Thus we are complementing local efforts and provide external assistance when needed. With our projects we are not only covering immediate humanitarian needs, but we are fighting the causes as well thus aiming at durable solutions. Trying to work most effectively we do of course coordinate our projects with national and international organisations.
Our vision aims to meet some of the Haitian people’s greatest needs:
Knowledge of the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ
Christian discipleship and a Bible training facility; where Haitian pastors are trained to teach the Word of God through the method of inductive Bible studies in their own language.

The organization Kindernothilfe was founded in 1959 to enable a better life for poor children in India. In the meantime, we are one of the largest non-governmental organizations for development cooperation in Germany. Our work is supported by around 313,100 donors, 1,000 volunteers, the Kindernothilfe Foundation and sister organizations in Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Since 1992, we have received the DZI donation seal annually for the responsible handling of donations . In 2016, in the transparency test of Phineo AG, commissioned by Spiegel Online, we were awarded first place in terms of vision and strategy, activities and impact.
