The Haiti Health Trust works alongside a number of other organizations (including Hope Health Action and Hopital Convention Baptiste d'Haiti), in the provision of some urgently needed services in North Haiti. These include, a respite center for children with disabilities, a specialist rehabilitation center for spinal cord injuries and strokes, emergency medical care, a maternity and pediatric unit, and a community health care program.

Mission
Our mission targets the multiple struggles that the majority of the children and their families are confronted with in very poor remote regions in Haiti. FEJ-USA aims to create model programs that consolidate communities and utilize educational strategies and structures to strengthen and support families.
Vision
FEJ-USA envisions developing culturally sensitive educational programs taking into consideration a holistic approach to the education of each child and adults in their existing communities. By providing child and family protection in a nurturing and loving environment where learning is encouraged, our aim is to provide a safety net for risk-taking and self actualization.
Our philosophy promotes sustainable human development and the need to advocate against marginalization of families. FEJ-USA intends to provide education, health and community development to children and families living in rural villages in impoverished regions in Haiti; regardless of race, ethnicity, religious beliefs or political associations.
