Micro-finance programs have made a difference throughout the developing world. With this idea in mind, Helping Haiti Work grew out of Dr. Leslee Jaeger’s volunteer medical mission work in Limbe, Haiti. Since this video was made, Helping Haiti Work has granted many more startup loans (160 total loans!) and still has a 100% payback rate.
