Long Business Description
Every year, at the General Assembly, members vote on the Chairman’s annual report and the Treasurer’s financial report. They also elect the Board, which in turn elects the association Steering Committee from among its members.
The SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL Steering Committee is presided over by Edouard Lagourgue. It comprises 6 members and monitors activity, budgets and strategic decisions requiring action, on a monthly basis.
The Board is made up of 18 members, all voluntary, who meet 5 times a year to discuss an agenda prepared by the Steering Committee. In 2017, there were 143 members, 118 of whom were active members, and 3 members of honor, patrons and experts.
