We Johanniter operate in various social and medical-rescue services. Our commitment ranges from youth work, training, medical service and security guards, participation in municipal civil protection, ambulance transport, to life-saving assistance in home emergency call and rescue services or in the transport of blood products and transplants.
At the same time, the human being always takes center stage. And so it is not just the modern means and many years of experience that have made us one of the modern, large and quality-oriented aid organizations, but the people. More than 400 active volunteers, from the tax inspector to the railway employee to the doctor, but also volunteers in the Voluntary Social Year (FSJ), actively support our work.
